Buyer
A live real estate site built around how property information is scanned: clearer listings, buy/sell/lease intake, and condo pages made for comparison.

Real estate sites often dump MLS data into one generic layout. This project treats property information as the product: clearer listing cards, separate intake paths by intent, and condo pages that surface building facts before a showing.
Buyer, seller, and lease paths are not one shared contact box. Choosing that the visitor is not already working with an agent reveals the deeper intake fields for that deal type.
Beyond listings, condo shoppers get area guides and dedicated building pages so storeys, suite sizes, amenities, and neighbourhood context are easier to compare.

Property information gets flattened into one inbox and one listing template. Buyers, sellers, and landlords send different signals, and condo research needs building-level detail before a tour.
Structure the site around information tasks: intent-matched forms, readable inventory, and condo pages that make buildings easier to evaluate.
On phone, market entry points and listing paths stay visible without burying inventory or service routes.
